Proud as a Peacock

This little one was proud as a peacock when she was honored at our last assembly for her good character while riding the bus.  She always says hello and goodbye with a smile and consistently follows bus rules!  What a great example she is showing!

Hello Again!

There's been nothing but crickets chirping around here lately.  So sorry for the lack of posts!  The end of the year tends to get quite busy.  Just a couple recent happenings...

We have another 1st artist in training...

 For the school fair, we decided to go with an Earth theme with a side of Math About Me.

Hospital Land is COOL!

We had a GREAT experience at Hospital Land!  Part of our time there was spent participating in a pretend hospital experience from beginning to end!

Wheeling the patient to her room after she arrived at the hospital to have her tonsils removed...

Pretending to take some blood to make sure everything is good to go...

Adjusting the bed so the patient is comfortable before surgery...

We even got to see some real x-rays!

The rest of the time, was spent playing with all the hospital tools and equipment!  Nurse Faith helped use learn so much!  Thanks Crouse Hospital!

More Bucket Fillers!

These lovely ladies were recognized at our last character education assembly for their bucket filling!  So proud!

Responsibility Robin has been spotted!

The character education word for this month is RESPONSIBILITY.  Recently, Responsibility Robin was spotted in our school taking selfies with students who were recognized being responsible.  Two local reporters were at the school to cover this exciting news.  Watch the video by clicking on the link below.  The video was played during our school kickoff assembly for responsibility.
